Free access, personal planning and any investment service have distinct boundaries.
Artha is operated by Right Horizons Financial Services Private Limited. These proposed terms describe use of the public website and the boundaries of the Artha experience. Questions can be sent to artha.contact@righthorizons.com. A separately contracted service must identify its own provider and applicable agreement.
Provide information you are authorised to share and correct known errors. Keep your sign-in details private. Do not impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or interfere with the service. Age, residency and other eligibility requirements must be confirmed for each enabled service before registration or purchase.
Public guides and illustrations explain concepts; they are not personalised investment, tax or legal advice. An overview or calculator result depends on its inputs and assumptions. Review source dates, incomplete information and estimates before using them in a decision. No return or financial outcome is guaranteed.
You choose whether to begin the Account Aggregator journey. Its authentication and consent happen in the provider’s experience. A redirect or closed window is not proof of active consent or complete information. Availability and timing depend on the supported connection; you may continue normal Artha use while information is pending.
Exploring an overview or capturing a goal does not start a paid subscription. Viewing a plan does not authorise an investment transaction.
The contracting entity, service scope and provider charges will be presented before you choose an enabled service. Terms must not be inferred from an illustration or example.
The final service agreement must state deliverables, fees, taxes, duration, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions before payment. This draft does not create a subscription, automatic renewal or a refund entitlement for a service that has not been offered.
Artha’s name, design and editorial content must not be presented as your own or used to imply an endorsement. External links lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Do not treat an external provider’s registration or marketing statement as applying to every Artha service.
