The proposed journey uses details you provide for account setup, profile information and goals. If you choose account connection, information is limited to the scope you authorise through the Account Aggregator. Questions sent to support also contain information you choose to share. The final collection inventory must be checked against the live service before publication.
The intended purposes are securing your account, organising your available financial picture, recording your goals and responding to your requests. Requesting adviser help is a separate choice. Any additional purpose must be explained before the relevant information is collected or used.
AA consent must not automatically opt you into marketing or adviser outreach. Corporate or webinar participation does not authorise access to your financial information.
Your Account Aggregator handles its own verification codes and consent experience. Artha does not provide a form for entering Account Aggregator verification codes.
Connecting information is not permission to publish it or provide it to your employer. A service involving another provider must explain that provider’s role and the information needed. The final notice must name or describe the actual processors, recipients and any cross-border arrangements; these have not yet been confirmed.
You may explore the public website without connecting accounts. Use the Account Aggregator’s consent controls for that provider’s permissions. For questions about your Artha information, correction, deletion or withdrawal, contact artha.contact@righthorizons.com. Identity checks, applicable exceptions and the operational request process must be confirmed before launch; withdrawal should not be described as automatic deletion of all records.
The final notice will describe the cookies and similar technologies actually enabled, their purposes and available controls. Storage periods, deletion rules, hosting locations and security arrangements require operational verification. No specific retention period or security certification is claimed in this draft. Please never send verification codes or passwords by email.
OPEN for review: registered office and legal identifiers; processing inventory and lawful grounds; cookie inventory; processor and transfer details; retention schedule; grievance contact and request process; applicable children’s-data rules; and effective date. Material changes should be reflected in a dated notice accessible from the website.
